Could someone tell me which is the best Protein shake for weight loss? I’ve already bought three so far and they’re not cheap. Generic pills whithout prescription I bought Amazing Grass, Biochem Sports 100% Greens and Whey and Living Harvest Hemp Protein. Keep in mind that I am working out, about 4 days a week. I don’t expect to loose weight by dietary supplements alone. I would really like to find a protein shake that has a appetite suppressant in it like Hoodia because after I work out, I just want to eat everything in the house.
