Y’know what’s weird? I’ve been taking 630mg of green tea extract with 25mg hoodia twice a day and my appetite is way less!

Wow, if green tea may help with weight loss, then I will definitely have to drink it a lot more! Even if it doesn’t work, though, I wouldn’t mind because green tea sure tastes good.
I’m going to start drinking more green tea now, but I’m a little hesitant about taking weight loss pills. I kind of like loosing weight the old fashion way. Great informing video though.

Very helpful information and provides a better insight on alternative approaches. Green tea is known for its healthy effects, so a good one two punch with hoodia.
thanks for information on the green tea supplement, I have tried to drink green tea and I get stomach cramps from it, so I think I will give that supplement a try. Hopefully I will have better luck with it.

Just remember…the weight loss benefits of green tea are often exaggarated. And as I mentioned in the video, you’ll need to drink several cups per day (9+) to achieve any weight loss benefits. By all mean consume as much green tea as you can stomach (literally) but do it for its overall health benefits – NOT for its weight loss benefits.
